Am so disappointed

Hello merrybet team am so disappointed on payout request because I need to pay my customers almost 80k today.  Merrybet should have instant payment approved within 30min pls & pls not let merrybet die because of payment will that operate merrybet shop stand beside us with winnings.  Am believe with MERRYBET... Where champions play & thanks for understanding

Dear Agent,

Our instant payouts are usually processed within minutes but in a situation where you do not get your funds on time, kindly contact your account officer. It could be as a result of a bank network failure.
