Mobile App Transfer issue to fund account

Hello, i have issue transferring with my mobile app, how would you people know it is from me, should i include my merrybet user name on the description part while transferring ? because my account name is totally different from my user name on merrybet, so i need clarification on how to go about transferring with my mobile app..

Dear Sir,

Kindly note that you can indicate your username in the description when making the transfer, also send a text message containing your bank account name and username.
