Deposit not reflected

 Hi,
 Am Gozie. I deposited the sum of #2000 into a merrybet Gold LTD account since 18th/03/2019
 But the money is yet to reflect on my merry bet ash board. I used a deposit slip to pay directly to Zenith Xpath
 But the money hasn't been credited to me. Below are the required details.

My user name is : ubaozog
customer ID : #31175
Bank name : Zenith Bank
Branch: Yola branch
Deposit type : Direct deposit to zenith xpath.
Bank account : 1130064490
Date: 18/03/2019
Amount paid : #2000

Dear Sir,

Kindly note that for Zenith Xpath issues, customers are to visit the bank and lay complain.

Please ensure the bank attends to your complain, it is their responsibility to resolve Zenith Xpath pay issues. Do let us know if your visit to the bank doesn't yield positive response.
