PAY OUT ISSUE

Good morning Customer care,
Please,i want to know what is happening to my money.i made the pay out since on saturday,i have not received any alert.
I have made several calls,your agent keep telling they are working on it.I made another call this morning,i was told that they have called the Bank.Please,can you pay the money back to my merrybet account.Or let me know the true position of things...i don tire sha....first time of winning .....HELP ME OOOOOO..

Am yet to receive alert since on sunday. I av been receiving alert within 24hrs but i am surprised at this recent poor customer service from this great bookmaker.

Good day! 
What's wrong with you guys nah, how much is #3000 to warrant this much stress? I was told to check my bank and still yet nothing. Can't you run a check with the transaction ID??Yesterday  made it a week I've been hassling with you guys over just #3000. Even you guys couldn't grant a retract. I sincerely hope I would get paid today. Enough of the 'you will get paid soon plea'.

Hi merrybet! Please I initiated a payout transaction late last night and not until the transaction was complete before I realized I used the wrong option of current account instead of savings account but my account number is correct but the problem is, instead of savings account, I mistakenly selected current account.
