Merry Bet Account Fund Not Reflecting

Please, rectify account funding issue via Global Pay.

It showed me a pending transaction from Zenith, whereas I used Access Bank ATM. I don't really understand. Now , the fund of #3,000 is yet to reflect in my Merry bet wallet.

Dear Sir,

Kindly specify if you made a quickteller deposit at the atm machine.
If yes, send a complain mail to corporatesupport@interswitchng.com or call their customer care line 07009065000 for a refund.

I paid 1000# into my merrybet account but it was not reflect...

Kindly forward the following details based on the method of deposit used;

Webpay: forward your username, the date you made your payment and the transaction ID. Itís a code that starts with MBG and can be gotten from the debit alert the bank sent to you or log into your Merrybet account through the computer version, click on account, click on transfers, type in the date of payment and get the transaction ID.

Global pay: forward your username, the date you made the payment and the transaction ID. Itís a 16 digit code in the debit alert the bank sent to you.

Bank deposit: forward your username, the date you made payment, the teller number and the name of the bank.
