Unable to log in

Good morning, I was unable to log in into my account for the past 2weeks now. All my effort to open is futile.
I tried to reset my password  using computer version
Several times, am yet to receive reply in my box.
Please  kindly help out and sent me my password

my username is mockingbird and my email marvelousacheka@gmail.com,i have been trying to recover my password for the past one week and is not working,please rectify i need to stake this weekend
