Dear Sir,

Please state the reason for your request. Also kindly note that a customer is not allowed to have more than one Merrybet account and as such, you cannot disable your email address because it is already registered on our website.

I have a complaint of betslip not updated after it has been won for three days.betslip No's 188097576.please do the needful, it's embarrassing and totally not acceptable.
