I made a payout of 3100 since on the 9th of december 2017,i didnt receive any alert so i went to the bank to confirm i discover that the money is in my book ledger balance and not in my available balance,my available balance is 500 naira.and i was told that i can only withdraw from my available balance not my book ledger balance why merrybet

Is there no body merrybet customer service here to answer me,oh gosh merrybet is becoming so annoying and merrybet na stole customer money all in the name of payout,how can someone made a payout and his money wil be in the book ledger balance not in his available balance to withdraw what is really going on merrybet,this is the same issue my friend close his merrybet account and open nairabet account.

Please note that your payout was processed to your bank, kindly visit your bank to verify why you can't access your money. You can also forward a copy of your bank statement of account dating a week back, to our mail support@merrybet.com.

Ok if for example i played a bet online to win 10,000000 and i played the bestslip thrice making it 30,000000 hope i wont come over to your head office at lagos,hope i can payout the whole money online.i need an answer.
