Please what does it mean when my deposit status shows INITIALIZATION.
I paid 10k dis evening into my merrybet account via webpay and my bank has sharply debited me but merrybet has not, still showing zero account and Web page shows my deposit status as "initialisation." It has never happened before.
Also, the message is only visible on the web version but not on the mobile platform.
Kindly treat issue urgently please, 10k no be joke abeg.
