Error during account funding

Good day. My username is "gamestar". I used my Verve card to fund my Merrybet account  with N3000 and it was successfully approved but suddenly the site came up with "Site Under Construction" and when I reloaded the page, the money didn't reflect in my Merrybet account up till now yet I was debited. Please fund my account, my username is "gamestar"

We apologize for this inconvenience, but when situations like this happen it's usually an interswitch error and money debited will be reversed back into the customer's account within 24 hours.  If this doesn't happen on time, kindly send a complaint mail to consumersupport@interswitchng.com

I deposited 500 naira into phatpay services eco bank acc yestaday with the username ; olutola and it has not yet reflect in my acc...@ls help me look to it
