I played a live bet of a match of under 3.5 bet, in which the match ended 1- 0 but my account wasn't credited. Account name ebuka2016, id no. 967457 betslip no 244073083 I think things of this nature shouldn't be arising as it cast slurs on the reputation of the company.

Please specify if you made a direct transfer to any of our banks, if yes please send the following details:
Forward your username, the amount you paid, the date you made payment, the teller number and the name of the bank.

If you used the bills and payment option, kindly contact your bank for a refund as that is not one of our methods of deposits.

Webpay: forward the amount you paid and the transaction ID. Itís a code that starts with MBG and can be gotten from the debit alert the bank sent to you or log into your Merrybet account through the computer version, click on account, click on transfers, type in the date of payment and get the transaction ID.

Global pay: forward the amount you paid and the transaction ID. Itís a 16 digit code in the debit alert the bank sent to you.

Paystack card deposit: forward the amount you paid and the transaction ID. Itís a code that starts with MBG and can be gotten from the debit alert the bank sent to you or log into your Merrybet account through the computer version, click on account, click on transfers, type in the date of payment and get the transaction ID.
