Hello Merrybet. This is to bring to your notice that, I made a withdrawal since on 6th of Nov. And till this day, I'm yet to receive my money. It's been over 48hrs. When i contacted customer care, I was told that there was issue with first bank. Next day i contacted the customer care again, I was told that all payouts made on 6th nov has been reprocessed. When I contacted for the third time, I was told there was no feedback concerning the transaction. Please ooo, I need my money

Hello merrybet, i saw on one of your response to a customer that, the minimum amount to stake a bet is 50naira, and their is no maximum amount to stake a bet, as long as the winning, doesn't exceed 1,000,000naira. But it seems i have issues with my merrybet account, because i can't stake more than 50,000naira, despite the winning is less than 1,000,000naira.my user id is maureen2232

you guys take time to update won bet, the only pending bet in the list was abandoned, and this is more than 24hrs now, please the match should be void, and my earnings credited
the 2 bet slips that are pending is summing over 100,000 naira, please credit my earnings. Your rules states that after 24hrs all abandoned or postponed matches will be void, but I'm surprised after 4days a postponed match is yet to be termed void, all other bookmakers has already updated their systems. the last game remaining was supposed to be played on 28th sept, 2015, but was postponed due to haze. After 24hrs it was supposed to be annuled as void, but that wasn't made...and the date rescheduled to 30th, it was still postponed due to haze...now I'm seeing 2nd oct. this is more than 24hrs...as at the first instance...the resheduled date was made after 48hrs..please and please.. void the match? I got reports that..singapore and malaysia and some part of indonesia are facing haze issues..and as such, no football match will be played..pending when this situation last. please void the match and credit my earnings...and tired of these postponement of dates..and it's not certain the match will be played on 2nd..please void the match and credit my expected earnings

I'm also in this same shit as you, I tried deposit 30,000 naira since sunday morning but received an error message, my bank account was debited, but my merrybet account was not credited. I contacted the both parties,(interswitch and merybet), i was copied in the email sent by interswitch to merrybet, suggesting to them to credit my merrybet account, and one of the staffs in merrybet replied the email by showing proof that the transaction failed, so in essence they can't credit my account. Interswitch then copied me, in an email sent to my bank requesting them to refund my money, my bank replied that, there was no transaction carried on my account. I guess the security of interswitch has been breached, because i see no reason how my 30k would just disappear like that, merrybet could not trace the money, my bank couldn't trace the money also, only interswitch could trace it, and see that the transaction was successful. This seems to be a puzzle to me. Anyway...I'm holding interswitch responsible for this. Though merrybet customer care approach is a mess, all the same, what can we do ? na naija pattern of approach be that.
