 Please note that if you made your transaction through Webpay, Quickteller or Globalpay and you are yet to receive value for the transaction, kindly forward your username, the amount, the date and transaction code.
For WebPay, the code begins with MBG
               For GlobalPay, it's a 16 digits code.
The codes can be gotten from the debit alert you received or transfer history on your Merrybet account.
For GTCollections, please send a mail to isolutions@gtbank.com and epaysupport@gtbank.com
For bank deposits/ transfers, please send the bank you paid to, your username/full names, amount,and date.

Kindly forward the bet slip number. To get the bet slip number, login to your merrybet account using the pc version, click on account, then click on bet history. Backdate to when the game was played to view your bet.
